Hobbies: Riding motorbikes. I have two back home in Islamabad: R1 Yamaha and a Hibose Suzuki; Socialising.

Favourite Music Act(s): R&B, Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley and Dean Martin. I like to relax with that kind of music.
Favourite Food: Anything healthy; seafood.
Favourite Drink: Pineapple juice.
Favourite Holiday Destination: Australia, particularly Sydney.
Favourite Ground: Lord’s and the MCG. I feel comfortable playing at those grounds because of their surroundings. They are both overwhelming.
Least Favourite Ground: Centurion because I have bad memories of the World Cup match against India in 2003 when Sachin (Tendulkar) smashed me all over the park.
Most Memorable Match: 1999 World Cup semifinal against New Zealand at Old Trafford. I took three for 55 and we ended up winning the match at a stroll by nine wickets. I loved that tournament.
Match You Most Want to Forget: The 2003 World Cup match at Centurion for the same reasons as above.
Your Cricket Heroes: Imran Khan, Dennis Lillee and Viv Richards.
Greatest Influence: Imran Khan because he’s been an inspiration to me all the way through my career.
Favourite Non-Cricketing Sportsman: Valentino Rossi, a phenomenal motorcyclist.
Toughest Opponent: Most Australians, particularly Justin Langer.
Best Friend in Cricket: My cricket ball.
Funniest Man in Cricket: Mushtaq Ahmed; Mushy’s the dressing room comedian.
Funniest Man in the World: Jim Carrey.
Most Embarrassing Moment: Walking back to the dressing room after losing that World Cup match at Centurion.
If You Weren’t a Cricketer…: I’d be a highly educated man with ambitions to be successful in business. I will have to wait until the end of my career instead.
Greatest Skill That May Surprise Us: My motorcycling ability.
